Residents vote on post office's fate |

HALLSBORO, NC (WECT) - The fate of a post office in Columbus County will be posted in about two weeks.

According to a woman with the US postal service, Wednesday people in Hallsboro were able to vote on what to do with the post office.

Options include cutting hours, closing it, moving PO boxes to another town, or having postal service in a nearby business.

Once the results are in, they'll be posted inside the office.
