Bolton woman spends 42nd birthday in Pender Co. Jail | 911

PENDER COUNTY, NC (WECT) – A Bolton woman turned 42 years old in the Pender County Jail on Monday.

Christy Ann Lowery, of the 8000 block of Old Lake Road, was arrested by the Pender County Sheriff’s Office around noon on Thursday. She was charged with driving while impaired, driving with a revoked license, reckless driving to endanger, simple worthless checks, and extradition of fugitives from other states, according to the Pender County Sheriff’s Office’s weekly intake report.

She was given $500, $400 and $200 secured bonds and was still incarcerated at the time of this post.
