Severe thunderstorm warning issued for parts of Columbus Co. | 911

COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WECT) – The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning for northern Columbus County until 6:15 p.m.

The NWS Doppler Radar indicated the storm is capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60 mph.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 10 p.m.
