How to Start a Group Home will be held Tuesday, July 31, 6-9p.m. in T-Building, room 120. This free seminar will cover working with state and local government, evaluating a dwelling as a group home, finding start-up capital, licensing, and working with residents, families and staff.
Alternative Access to Capital for Small Business and Entrepreneurs
Alternative Access to Capital for Small Business and Entrepreneurs will be held Wednesday, August 1, 1-4p.m. in T-Building, room 120. This free seminar will assist small businesses and entrepreneurs by providing alternative access to capital. All small businesses are welcome including those who have insufficient collateral, credit scores below the bank minimum, higher debt to income ratios, non-standard cash flow revenue streams, or are seeking smaller loan amounts than is traditionally lent. Various lenders will be available on site to provide information and schedule appointments.

How to Get it All Done: Time Management for Small Business Owners will be held Thursday, August 2, 9 a.m.-noon in T-Building, room 120. Presented by Mike Collins, this free seminar will show attendees how to get the most out of their time by setting priorities, planning with purpose, handling conflict and crisis, working within a timeline, and having a life!
