UPDATE: 'Armed & dangerous' man turned himself in | Crime
WHITEVILLE, NC (WECT) – A police believe is connected to shooting someone 18 times turned himself into authorities, according to Whiteville Police.
Demonrick "Man" Hunter is in custody for shooting Kenya Shipman in October during an argument at the Sandy Ridge apartment complex.
Hunter's bond is $75,000. Police say he turned himself in Thursday afternoon.
Authorities say Hunter is also wanted in connection to another shooting at the same apartment complex in which Jonathan Mullins was shot 18 times in the lower areas of his body. Police say Mullins is in stable condition.
