Verizon Wireless starts text-to-donate campaign | News

(WECT) - Verizon Wireless is supporting Domestic Violence Awareness Month by encouraging customers to text "hotline" to 85944 to make a one-time $10 donation, according to a news release.

Donations will go to The Hotline, which is a national organization helping to make a difference in the lives of domestic violence victims, survivors and their families.

Customers can also donate their phones at Verizon Wireless Communications stores nationwide.
